And if there’s a complaint, HR Solutions can serve as third-party investigators. “They can work side-by-side with our employees and do everything properly,” Foust says. That level of integration makes it easy to work with them.
The personalized attention The Foust Group gets from HR Solutions has been a key part of its success in handling the HR aspect of the business, says Foust. “Leslie [Austin] has done a tremendous job helping educate us.” She finds a way to make complicated legal and employment topics easy for all employees to understand.
